Return & Exchange Policy

At MSGLOBALEX™, we take great pride in exporting authentic, GI-tagged, and handcrafted Indian products created by skilled rural artisans. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, we understand that exceptions may occur, and this policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Confirmation:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of wholesale quantities and international shipping, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been exported.

 

International Shipping:

Air Freight:
Estimated delivery time 10–15 business days from dispatch post production.

Sea / Container Shipment:
Post Production Estimated delivery time 30–45 business days, depending on the destination port and customs clearance.

Note:
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs delays, port congestion, or other logistics-related factors beyond our control.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@msglobalex.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • A clear description of the problem

 

Once verified, we will provide a resolution which may include:

  • Partial refund
  • Replacement (if available)
  • Credit for future orders

 

No Returns for Custom/Bulk Orders

We do not accept returns for:

  • Bulk/wholesale orders
  • Made-to-order or customized handicrafts
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered

 

Shipping Errors

If you receive a wrong or missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Ship the correct item at no extra cost (if available), or
  • Issue a refund/credit

 

Refund Process (Only for Approved Claims)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
